More than likely, they are just having technical difficulties and don't want to release the final product until it's perfect. I'm sure they have their reasons to delay the app.

They do have a reason ofcorse. The servers were starting to overload from all the registrations in japan, just like we know will happen within the first week with us XD

My japanese neighbor told me what's going on.

Apparently, Japan was so excited for flipnote studio 3D, that too many of them went onto one sever, it crashed. They went to the next, it crashed, so on and so forth. They want to shut down japan's FNS3D so they can strengthen the severs, but hey--- once it's out...
