This is Simon the Cat. He is 17 years of age and partially German. The reason why he has a bionic/robot arm is because when he was 6, he was out in a vacant meadow with his father and all of a sudden a tornado was headed torwards them.
A sharp piece of iron got caught up into the tornado and completely cut off Simon's arm.
The bandana on his arm is like a memorial for his father.
