The team awakened amoung the ruins of the fallen tower. Carina was first to stand. She looked around at the aftermath of the battle. Every building had been reduced to rubble and several small fires continued to blaze, refusing to burn out. A deathly silence filled the air. "Hello? Anyone there?" Carina shouted. No response. Only the icy wind answered her..

Carina turned to help the others. Nobody was badly injured. They stood in silence recalling the series of events. But wheather the events had happened either a few moments or many hours ago was unknown to them, for the motionless blood red moon gave no clue as it stared down at them from it's fixed position in the night sky.
Although none of them said a word, each hnew what the others were thinking. They'd witnessed what Herobrine was capable of and what he was prepared to do. He had to be stopped and they were the only ones who could do it.
"So what now?" Jake asked "There's nothing else we can do here. Let's go..." Fantasy answered. The team left the fallen Witherville through the North Gate. It was the only one both open and not blocked by fire or rubble.

They found a small hollow which they used as a quick shelter. They put up a few torches and blocked the enterence using cobblestone, shielding them from view.
"Guys, we know what we have to do" Carina began "We've seen what Herobrine's doing and he's not going to stop. Notch appeared to me for a reason. We all met for a reason and this is it! We have to stop Herobrine and save the server! I can't do it alone. So are you with me?" she asked. The others glanced at one another, all agreeing on the same option. "Where to first?" Viper asked, smiling. "Thanks guys!" Carina replied, taking out the old book and laying it down for everyone to see. "The closest one to here's in a place called Ender Forest" Gabe answered, pointing to one of the star shapes marked on the map. "Ender Forest's in a snow biome north of here I think" Fantasy added "In that case, Ender Forest it is!" Carina answered "Hold on guys. Didn't Notch say something about Herobrine having something guarding the Neather Stars?" Jake asked "Come to think of it, he did" Fantasy put in "Well, we'll just have to be ready!" Gabe replied "Yeah! Ender Forest, here we come!" Viper exclaimed. The team left the shelter of the hollow and set off north for the snow biome.

After what seemed like hours of walking, the five had reached the enterence to Ender Forest. The snow was gently falling.
"Hey what's that?" Jake asked pointing to a small orange glow. As they went over to it, they saw that it was a chest surrounded by four torches. There was a note on top of the chest. Viper took it and read it out loud.
"In Ender Forest, you'll find the first Neather Star
Guarded by a being that can be near then far
Now take these items all of you, you know what you must do
But now all I can do is wish you luck, for the rest is up to you"
"This must be from Notch" Carina said as Gabe opened the chest "Wow! That's a lot of stuff!" Jake exclaimed. Inside the chest there were five diamond swords, five potions, several TNT, redstone, a redstone torch and a dozen ordinary torches. Taking everything, the team entered the forest.
"A being that can be near then far? What does that mean?" Fantasy asked. But before anyone could reply, there was a sudden ear splitting screech from deeper within the forest. It was the cry of an enderman, but it was much, much louder.
Fantasy's question had just been answered...
