Numminex was created in an illegal lab run by none other then Saxon. It was an attempt to create a lifeform more powerful then Shadow, Which was never actually tested...

Various part of Numminex are real, others are artificial, like his brain. His memory is constantly erased, because Numminex was soo naturally defiant. Eventually the lab no longer had hold of Numminex, And he was able to escape.
