Ok, so I've heard from quite a few people that #Flipnote is not coming out because of MONEY.
Well, that. is. stupid.
First, japan is still on its FREE trial. And, flipnote #hatena used to be free. Why would they want money NOW.
And just to be clear, #Flipnote Studio has been delayed because of a high amount of usage. And there are bugs in the program. I'd rather have a good program rather than one that is F'd up.

Just because the Nintendo HeadQuarters is in japan EVERYTHING thing there realeases there Earlier than us.Some times i hate nintendo.

Well they probably release games in japan first because its where the headquarters is, and nintendo needs to test out the software.
