well, her backstory:
Her mother was in a mental hospital when Phantasm was born, so she was born in the hosptial. She was raised by the humans who tested the mental pokemon, and learned their ways. she knows how to make things pass out from pressure points. she also knows how to "control" (more like contain) someone/something... too bad she doesn't always use these skills for good. She also has a Helmsman hat now...
