In order to play in either world you have to have a bit of that world in you. So there is some good in you. Give yourself that at least.

We all have a part of us we don't like, that makes us sick to the stomach... it's only natural though. At least you notice that part of you, some people don't even see that part of them, and there for don't try to fix it. But you see that part of you, so you can fix it. Don't give up...

Others might though... You never know. Plus you don't have to change right away or anything. You don't even have to do it quickly. Just go at your own paice.
