A fake follower is anyone who follows just to be followed back. They dont like art or anything. Fake followers in my opinion also account for ghost followers, who follow and are just inactive when it comes to comments and stuff. The only difference is ghost followers dont ask you to follow them back, or unfollow after a week or so cause you arent following them.
