This is my new oc (even though it's alike my first picture, I thought i'd remake him =3
Name: Xeffron (Zeh-frohn)
Species: Flygon (dark)
Male
Accessorys: Silver tail ring(With embedded sapphires)
Story: Xeffron used to live in a great valley, alongside with many other of his breed. In this valley, it was respectable to hold your tail up, and the patterns on that tail where the patterns of your family, the wings pattern where of the year and month you were born in.

(Story part 2)
In Xeffron's pattern's case the tail represents "Family of time" meaning he is in a high noble family respected by many including Dialga.
The wings represent "Year forty seven, month of fire"
Meaning he is strengthened in fire, like a pyro. (Year is used to tell the age.)
