Toxin and SnowFall are 'soul sisters' even though they do not really know each other. They are both halves of a single soul. (It's hard to explain)

so.. she is still apart of toxin but still her own being? like a split soul kind of thing? (sorry just trying to make sense of it, I have a relative understanding and all but...) and she looks beautiful, I especially love the multi scales along her neck/arms etc...
and um... did ash do the same to snowfall as toxin.?...

He did, but they aren't technically related... Snowfall passed away because she was sick, and it caused Ash to flee the artic in sadness. Around that time, Toxin became the sarcastic, bitter dragon she is. Because when a half-soul dies, the counterpart becomes corrupt.
They share a soul, but are still seperate beings. :)
