well mew cant evolve because its a legendary pokemon and some have forms like mewtwo and i think arcine should have a evoltion

Yeah I know I have a form idea for Mew it's in the bubble from (pkmn) the first movie with 6 MEGA big (see what I did there :) black tenacles/arms with a white sp.ikes patterns for tips. Also, sparkle in between the tentacles!
