Yes you definetly have.
You've really improved in full body picture rather than just faces. Your eyes, noses, and even blush have improved. And I really like the shading you've done here. You should shade your stuff more often. ^ ^

You could just look at your early art to compare if you have doubts, but obviously yes. Your use of body proportions as well as as facial style and even little things like the neatness of lines have all improved. Also, in this, you've added a shading style that fits well. And I especially like the style of this pic.
