this pokemon has an interesting history atleast regarding the anime it was only shown in one episode episode thirty eight porygon electric warior this episode was banned worldwide and never aired outside of japan in this episode ash brock misty and a porygon inside of the pokemon transfer system where team rocket was stealing pokeballs with their own porygon i wount give too mouch away but it gave six hundread children epeleptic ceashers and hospitalized it was later edited to be aired on WB kids but never saw the light of day as for youtoub the only clips of it i culd find were of the incident that was belived to cause the ceashers and a full length version with modified audio that dosent realy make sents mostly inapropreit language now why am i telling you this i dont realy know it wasent realy a smart move hope you dont get ceashers!

I've seen that episode back in the day. Luckily I'm not affected by seizures haha
Most of the japanese children were already in the hospital. They have tvs running for the kids. and since they were already weak for whatever reason it affected them a lot more than others.

i was guessing you saw it seeing as your a fellow pokemon nerd atleast judging by your screenname i was just helping young kids by exposing them to things that might ruin their life thats just the kind of guy i am (:
