So... This guy showed up in my last painting, and I felt the need to do something with him. Hmmm... Maybe a few cameos? I dunno. Anyhow. He's called 'Petey' since he's based on the Looney Tunes caricatures of Peter Lorre, a famous actor at the time known also for his unique voice and accent, which was constantly parodied, including as the voice of many "Igor"-type characters.
Also: I am a horrible art-style mimic. It never works out right. Meh.
