New OC: Felix! by thetraveler
So this is Ringo's little brother, Felix. He's a laid back boy that is searching for a someone, but isn't unhappy being single. He's shy, sweet, and very tasteful. Felix's manners are superb. He can also use magic, like Ringo, but it's not as powerful. He likes to spend his time reading books, writing, and solving math problems. Hope you like 'im! I sure do :3
