id say work on symmetry,shading,and referencing helps a lot too. overall the best thing i can tell ya is keep on drawing.

Honestly, practice & watch other people's play backs to pick up tips. Put lots of effort into EVERY picture and ask yourself ''Could this be better? How?'' And you'll do great! The most important thing is to have fun. -^.^-
