This is Tenri from the anime "The World God Only Knows" She had a loose demon soul in her but keima katsuragi got it out when she fell in love with him, later on in season 3 it is discovered she is also a host of one of the 6 juputer sisters, goddesses who sealed the loose souls long ago, she is host to the Goddess Diana and she is helping keima in finding the rest of the goddesses
