They're making Monster Hunter 3G and Monster Hunter 4 on the 3DS! But I don't think MH3G will be online. But MH4 looks really cool, because you can interact with the environment, in the trailer the guy is running away from a Tigrex and he jumps across these pillars.

:D Yay another monster hunter fan! And there is a monster hunter game on the 3ds(currently in Japan only). It's called TriG. It has all the monsters from Tri and portable 3rd(which would have been freedom 3 if Sony let Capcom localize it without trophies) and 2 brand-new monsters and a bunch of new subspecies

Capcom hasn't confirmed a western release yet though. (they can't seem to give a straight answer when asked about localization)
