Yes, the traffic was overwhelming. So they're trying to fix it.
I'm only saying, however, that they make us wait for stuff like this more than half of the time[and we shouldn't get our hopes up].

People complain because they got their hopes up about Flipnote 3D's release dates. They thought it would be here sooner, but it was delayed.
In that case, it's only normal to hear complaints. After two years of waiting, I'm not suprised that most people are being impatient.
