Well...to be honest, it takes a while to draw a picture...especially if you want it extremely detailed. So it kinda makes sense that you are only aloud to upload only 4 paintings a day...

i rather upload 10 or 20 paintings tbh, you can stick with little ol' nothing wrong with '4' if you want. lol

Palomo is wrong. At my highest in creating new paintings on a previous account, I would do multiple, ranging from two to five or more paintings on average a day for a whole year, and they had decent ammount of detail. What does make sense is that you can only get so many paintings in to not overload the flow of new paintings and crash the site itself on the 3DS, or so I suspect. Even so, yes, it is annoying.
