Dude, nice! I really love the 3D and the details of his hair.
This painting actually looks like an actual anime show. You really pulled it out of the box. You also did a great job on the glow texture effect like if the room is so bright. And lastly, the shine you added to his suit, and mostly on his hair. Which makes this painting more like an actyal anime show.
