But what did the marks look like, were they deep or was it something that was maybe caused by anything that you might've not noticed in your bed (pens, pencils, sharp objects? Happens to me a lot)

I have a ghost in my room, I've seen him in my mirror a few times. He's not vi.olent though, just messes with the lights and thermostat (he blew out the switch that turns on my closet light and a lightbulb) and moves things (which can get quite annoying when I'm looking for things)
he'll poke me in the foot or ribs occasionally but nothing worse.

my ghost moves stuff and we have roking chairs and they rock on there own when youre sitting in it also when im asleep it lifts up my bed and then drops it and that is what gets me
