The Earth Region is the home of the Earth Region Laboratories. The ERL likes to kidnap humans from Earth and perform painful experiments on them. With their new head scientist in charge, they have also been doing a little more dangerous experiments. The last thing Buggy wants is for Becca to be subjected to that kind of t*rture.
