New OC! She's the human personification of the Pisces horoscope. She always has her magically floating fishbowl with Squishy and Splash, the two fish of the Pisces sign. Her task is to always guard over all those born in between February 18th and March 30th, keeping a safe, watchful eye on the balance of the zodiac signs.
