BUT THAT WAS BEFORE MY GREAT DISCOVERY.
In the new #FS3D World Gallery, you have to PAY a coin per every flipnote and comment you upload.
ALSO,
you have to pay a coin for every flipnote you download.
ARE YOU KIDDING ME
IM SICK AND TIRED
GO GET YOUR MONEY FROM SOMEONE ELSE.

Well actually, It's the Hatena COMPANY itself. Nintendo isn't involved. They only put it on the e-shop.
But they can't until Hatena gives them the updated app.

Nintendo had a lawsuit or something on the 3DS so they had to shut down Flipnote Hatena and make people pay (most of the time) for Flipnote Gallery: World
