Carina could feel the cold hard ground beneth her. But no. There was something else. Someone was calling to her, bringing her out of the darkness.
She opened her eyes to see a boy knealing beside her. He had brown hair, he was wearing a green t-shirt and his deep blue eyes were gazing into hers. "Hey, are you alright?" he asked. Carina slowly sat up and looked around. To her surprise, she was no longer in the chamber and the enterence to the cave was nowhere in sight...

"Who what where when why h-OW!" she cried out realising her left arm was throbbing. "Wow, take it easy or you'll hurt yourself" the boy told her. "Too late" she replied. "So who are you?" the boy asked "Carina. You?" she asked "Call me Jake" he answered. Helping Carina up, Jake asked "So how'd you get here?" "To be honest, i have no idea" Carina answered, shrugging her right shoulder. "Ok then what happened to you?" he continued "Well..." Carina hesitated. If she could barely believe what happened, what were the chances anyone else would?

"Ok then tell you what, I'll take you back to my place and get you patched up. So you can tell me on the way, ok?" Jake said, leading the way "Ok thanks!" Carina replied as she joined him.
She explained all she could remember from the previous night. Jake listened well and asked questions, some Carina didn't have an answer for.
They soon reached the village where Jake lived. However, as soon as they entered the village, they saw a small crowd. In the moddle of it, there was an old man, wide eyed and shaking. He kept repeating the same 3' words
"I saw "Him"!"...

Some members of the crowd fell silent, others laughed in the man's face saying " "He" doesn't exsist. Notch wouldn't allow it!" "It must've been an enderman you saw" someone else told him and with that the subject was dropped. The crowd went away. "Notch? Who's that?" Carina asked "I've heard the name but other than that I don't know. And who's this "Him"?" Jake wondered "I know maybe we'll find out in the library!" he added. "Sounds good" she replied

As they looked around the library, Carina found a book lying on an Ender Chest. It was titled "Minecraft's Origin" She started reading.
"It is said that two brothers started the server from scratch, creating the world, as well as the Ather and the Neather. For a time both ruled side by side and controlled the server in harmony. But then, the one called Notch was betrayed by his brother. They battled fiercely. Notch eventually defeated and removed his brother. But some say "he" cannot be removed and that one day "he", the one called Herobrine, will return..."

Carina stopped reading and put the book down. "So that's who they are" Jake said, then, remembering what he had to do he added "Come on lets get something for that arm of yours"
After a while they found a villager selling potions "How much for a potion of regeneration?" Jake asked "It'll cost one hundred' emeralds" the villager answered "How about fifty?" Jake asked "How about twenty five' ?" the villager repiled "How about some dirt?" Jake asked smiling "Done!" the villager answered handing Jake the potion!

They went to Jake's house as it was getting dark. Jake handed the potion to Carina. She drank it. However, as soon as she did so, the wound on her left arm didn't heal, it got worse. "Well that worked" she said sarcasticly after the pain eased slightly. Soon after they went to sleep.
Carina could see a figure, a man, in front of her. As the dream became clearer, she realised it was Notch. "You must stop "Him".." he told her. Suddenly Notch disappeared and the dream turned black. Then, out of the darkness, the same white eyes emeraged. Herobrine, blood covered Obsidian Sword in hand, struck.
Carina jumped awake, shaking and breathing fast. She looked down to see blood streaming from her left arm...

Wow, Mel! Dis be a very nice story you're setting up! Was the villager an Egg's Guide to Minecraft referance? One more thing: I don't want to put on the feeling that I'd be copying someone else, but could I use the same idea as the painting as a cover and story parts in the comments? Thanks :)
