As it says: Feather can't draw anymore on Colors due to his 3DS being broken. HE IS NOT QUITTING HE JUST CANT DRAW ON HIS 3DS ANYMORE. He gave me his login to tell you all.
I'm saddened too, because I miss seeing his beautiful art.
Don't worry, he'll try to get a new one soon. <:)
