I actually find your art great! You put alot of detail into armor and guns and such, which I (and many others) find difficult! :)
If you would like some critical feed-back, however, you could... draw the heads a bit more proportional. I'm not all that great at people myself, so my feed-back may be stupid... lol
But keep up the good work! :D

i was really bad at drawing before and i got way better so just keep practicing and youll get better oh btw you should practice on paper it really helps thatz ma opinion....<oUo^

Practice to perfect...
Nothing can be fully perfected, you will learn practicing, that Flaws and Imperfections are Required to show some sort of Individualaty ^-^
