My FS3D Info by Owletumel
Here's my username and stuff for whenever FS3D is released in North America. I'll use the Worldwide Gallery, because the Friends gallery is mumbo-confusing and ridiculously complicated.
My FC is up there too, but please don't abuse its use. I'll only register people I trust. So just drop yours in the comments if you want, and I'll(probably, if I don't, no hard feelings) add you.

Sounds very limiting and complicated to use friends gallery. Wouldn't it just be easier to use FG:W? Its free every day from ThreePM-SevenPM and you don't have to worry about the stuff friends gallery has to deal with lol. If you already knew all this stuff just delete this comment. I would give you my FC but I just read your Description haha

Based on that bit of information, I guess I'll just go with the Worldwide gallery. Wow, Nintendo really s'crewed up on that one. Thanks for the info, by the way.
