Okay, to answer most of the above questions, Your drawing skills don't matter as much as your creativity. The no legendary rule is because this contest is for one of the first appearences in the series. Not to mention, they're LEGENDARY! If I allowed them, everyone would be holding a legend in their comic. There will be quite a few winners. I'm thinking about 5 will make the first appearence. I need hieght and weight so I can use that basically to compare the size of your OC, even if it's not a very detailed pic. (like I said, your drawing skills won't matter as much as the bio) By no super power stuff I meant no "My OC can tear appart the fabric of the universe, shoot fireballs, fly" That kind of unreasonable stuff will not make it. The small exeption are pretty much like, "they can stand a lot of electricity, to a certan point or they have a telipathic link with one of their pokemon" and small limited stuff like that. I hope that answers most of your questions.

By a short Bio I mean pretty much anything interesting about your OC. For example, a backstory, or how they interact with other People/ Pokemon. Basically just interesting info on your them! ^u^

I actually made the Due date August 30th so people will have more time to enter because School and other stuff starting.... o3o' I'm going to be pretty busy next month too....

@Hex No, not nesasaraly. You can choose to draw the pokemon, but it's not a requirement. As long as you have enough info on them, it should be fine.
