Meet Shrill, a five-year-old male rouge cat, has no clan but wishes to join. Has a collar that he found in an "abandoned" castle, was never a kittypet, but gets teased constantly by the other cats. isn't much of a rouge but more of a wanderer, is a regular cat at most times, but had gotten in an almost fatal accident and humans took him in, and, instead of putting him down, created the first-ever cyborg-cat and set him free he hopes to find an accepting group
