I don't exactly remember,but I think I've met a Joe before.Your parents should let you have a rat,because they are smart,and awesome!You can pet them when they're calm.

Yes, you should get a rat. They love humans and are really smart. And they have alot of personality. And I really don't see how some people don't like them. Their alot better pets than mice and hamsters and are just as clean as dogs and cats. And if it was because of the plague... That was 500 years ago. Get over it. XD
