So this is my entry for a competition. This is Pink_Broneh's OC. I like how it turned out but MAN did it take some experimentation.
update: I've decided to instead put the motion blur infront of her. Hopefully this improves the look.

I'm going to update this image with more of a motion blur as I think it looks better.
