Here's my awful entry. :p I'm sure that ScribbleHearts will win.
Color Burst is a pegasus pony who loves to paint. Her shoes emit paint when she walks or runs. She has telepathy with an heirloom paintbrush that allows her to paint whatever comes to her mind in a few simple brush strokes. She was once a plain colored pony until she got into a freak accident with a paint cart/truck, and that's how she got all her colors on her body.
