Drawn to the song Floating Out by Bruno Philip, it is an instrumental song. When i listen to the song and think of any of the three Porygons. I think of a different dimension were there is hardly any gravity and wierd scenery. Porgon-z pokeball had broke and there is the Lustrous Orb and Adamant Orb there.

I bet you can draw him ^-^ His markings don't have to be 100 percent accurate, you only saw him once... You might see him again soon though :3
