I had way too much fun with this.
Would have done more with the 3D but I kinda ran out of layers. :/
did you know that clockwork wings and guns are both really hard to draw? yeah. I can't draw guns worth beans. I pretty much just pulled this one out of my as.s somehow.

He is coolest freakin' Timelord ever created ( along with the Master )! This as'sa'sin/Timek'iller idea is just so creative and perfectly melded together, just like the 3D! Bravo! Bravo indeed!

he isnt nearly as powerful as the master or the doctor, though. (not to mention he is in a different universe!)
