I was on Vacation. The lines on the mountain go opposite ways to define depth and texture...picture a pyramid, with lines going verticle on the sides, when u look at it from the corner, the vert lines shape the pyramid so it has depth, same technique on ur mountains. The highlight and shadow lines should be opposing, opposite, as in an upside down V....

Ur highlight lines go from upper right to lower left, so opposite tells us the shadow lines go from upper Left to lower Right, instead of how u have done, ur way here-Flat...lol The colors are Great!

Well I re-painted the clouds and sky. I used the same mountains, but I want to re-shade them. I am stuck I keep trying to re- shade them, but they do not turn out good. Help!!

ok, first select the solid mountain color, then fill-in the mountain. second, use 'pure white' for the highlights and do them like this: / third choose a shadow tone and do them lines like this: OPPOSITE of /
