Elanus Model 4 Kitebot by Taojat3D
(This is different from the last robot) The E-4 K-B (lovingly nicknamed 'Effie') is based on the kites from the genus Elanus, all of which are known for hovering over fields to hunt rodents, which is mimicked by this robot. Its rotors can move almost gyroscopically for maximum control and propulsion. (Like the airships from 'The Avengers') Its talons can withdraw into its hollow 'thigh' during flight. *Continues in comments*

Effie's eyes are simple, yet superior cameras most of the time, though it can activate infrared and ultrav10l3t light sensors on a whim, causing the eyes to glow. (Red for IR, shown here, and dark purple for UV) The 'feathers' on its outer wings and tail are fully maneuverable, also used for control. The added 'fin' on the back in more reminiscent of a plane than a bird. The black patches on either shoulder are merely for looks.
