One or more of your 3DS friends needs the game, then you go in the train station. Talk to the teller, and just follow the prompts (there is a sign that explains how and what everything is and works) Hope I helped ^w^

OH! and you NEED a photo for your I.D. card! Check the photo booth on maine street and pay 500 Bells. If you know any Emotion Actions, you can do them to make a cooler picture^w^
(you get them by giving Shrunk fruit)
