Demon Possessed Luigi.
The demon possessing Luigi is called Saiko and it's the Psychotic Bloodlust Demon.
Saikato (or originally Darktail-Luigi/Havoc) was based off/inspired by Saiiko (from deviantART)'s artwork of Koopa Luigi from the Fanfiction "Brotherly Love". His name is what i used to think Saiiko's username was cuz i somehow misread it.
