Okay so, what you need to do is
Time travel, skip forward 1 day
Go to Rosie, if she makes the surprised expression, talk to her
If she wants to move away, let her and message me so I can come over and talk to her
If she doesn't want to, skip another day and keep going until she does
This can take a long time but sometimes it doesnt, I only suggested it because I am going away on holiday and it'll be a long time before I get her
If she wants to move away whilst I am gone please don't let her ;-;
