So, for the first time in a while I didn't use a base. Instead I sketched it out on my drawing book. I REALLY TRIED!!! XC... I think it looked pretty good until I went all girly on it. I can't change my girly art style...

Wow, you did really well on it. The style looks pretty authentic, and the colors work well,together. And you even got the hair and eyes just right. And I don't know what you mean by it being "girly", it looks perfectly fine.
