Maybe it can be the evolved form of Phanflame maybe...its just an idea.

It could be, when I made my idea for Phanflame's evolution, it was like this just more, devilish than cute. Phanflame is Phantom flame So I was trying to push in a bit of ghost type, your pic looks more psychic type though, so it might be considered as Phanflame's evolvetion. BTW, you have to do a tutorial on grass!

Oh yeh, next time you have an starter evolvetion idea, copy it to ur photos and send me a letter in Swapnote/Nintendo Letterbox so public don't find out hidden features ok?
