"I don't want to hurt you... Or me..." These are two out of three forms Derrick can transform into. On the left is Derrick when he is experiencing rage, while on right is when he is forced into extreme hysterics such as sobbing. This is due to him suffering from a disease called "Blood Lust" and being experimented on as he was one of the few people to have an extreme case of the disease.
