I think his body looks just fine! ^w^ This is so cute! I love Pikachu! I also love the background with the different shades of green! Awesome job!

I can tell that that you spent a LONG time on this. But here's a tip:
Don't go into the lineart right away, start with a sketch. Pikachu's head is similar to a circle, the tail is 2 zig-zags joined together, the ears and the arms are ovals.
Then go to the layer above the sketch and draw the lineart!
