its easy :D just pick any picture you want then got into it
where you have the choices for comments and edit go into edit
while in edit choose to set it as your profile picture and thats it! hope this helps :DDD

step 1: Tap the picture you want.
step 2: Tap "edit" on the bottom right hand corner.
step 3: Tap "set as profile picture".
step 4: THERE IS NO STEP FOUR!
