What REALLY happened in the event of July 15th is that Bruce took Mathilda out for a stroll through the village. They both saw Lionel in their way. Lionel invited the two to a party that was just for fun & laughs. Lionel used to be a bully to Bruce back in college, and he still wants to prevent Bruce getting the love of her dreams. So as a secret scheme, Lionel gave Bruce beer.

Bruce then had an idea for a drinking game on 'Heads & Tails'. This was all according to Lionel's plan. Lionel used a double headed coin to make Bruce drunk. He chose Tails. So Bruce got drunk and threw up on Mathilda's sunflower tee along with her baby. The baby cried and it broke all the beer bottles. Once again, all according to plan. Bruce passed out (luckily without injury).

Bruce woke up with a note on his head saying "Dear Bruce, I actually had a crush on you the whole time. But due to that horrible incident, I don't think I should marry you anymore. I can't be having a wreck around my gorgeous house! I'm afraid we'll have to break up... -Mathilda"

So Bruce went to his house silently crying for hours. Mathilda comes in to check on Bruce. Mathilda said "We can still be friends..." (as told in previous story).

2 days later, someone new moved to town. Her name is Fuchsia. Bruce comes over to her house while she's moving. Fuchsia seems to have a good taste for Bruce, and Bruce was happy with her. Right now, Bruce and Fuchsia are only boyfriend and girlfriend for now. Someday, they will be both married!
