This is Tiara, a scrapped character from the cancelled game Sonic x-treme. Yes, I know this not her official outfit, but, I like this outfit better, so I drew her in that outfit. I wish Tiara was in a sonic game as a playable character, she looks like she would've been an awesome character. She needs more attention, so thats why I drew her.
