well originality is in the eye of the beholder. Fur between the ears is just one style of drawing animals really. True it is a very popular style and easy but there are other styles. The reason is it looks attractive and many of the popular role model creators use them. I use the fur in the ears for my chibi animals but i think i am very original and if you listened to some of the stuff iv made, you might too. and bud no offence but your saying this stuff when ur drawing stick figures....they arnt very original really.
