I've seen others do chibis of their OCs and stuff so I thought I'd give it a shot with Flash! (even though I have almost no idea what a chibi is! I just thought it was a cute, sometimes short, and japanese-looking version of a character.) This is my first chibi so what do u think? a chibi is a small short version of a chatacter with SOMETIMES big sparkley eyes. for details see #cartoonguy
